I loved it and would have signed up immediately. My staff raised the issue about recording telephone messages, and logging the time in response thereto. The folks at Rocket Matter were incredibly receptive to the input and indicated I would see this feature added shortly, (they were heading off to the tech show) I am looking forward to reviewing this feature soon. I was impressed with the product and their team. With this issue resolved I think it will be a great complete practice program for my office. I too reviewed Rocket Matter last week with my staff.
