I had some .wpd documents show up in my inbox. After some googling for a free solution to open the documents, I found AbiWord. This is an open-source, freeware program. Speaking only to the fact that it opens .wpd documents and allows me to cut and paste them into another program, AbiWord delivered.

Hey Aaron… you might also want to give Open Office a try. The new beta works great and formats on-screen text much nicer than Abiword. Also, where’d you get the nice security code verification for your comment system? Are you running WordPress?
